Thank you for choosing JTET 2026. We strive to provide the best educational resources for your preparation. Please read our refund policy carefully regarding your premium subscriptions and digital purchases.

1. Nature of Digital Content
All materials provided within the JTET 2026 app, including Premium Quizzes, PDF Study Notes, and Test Series, are Digital Goods. Unlike physical products, digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned.”
2. No-Refund Policy
By purchasing a premium plan, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused digital content.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests only in the following specific cases at our sole discretion:

Duplicate Purchase: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error.

Technical Failure: If your payment was successful but the premium features failed to unlock within 24 hours, even after attempting a “Sync” or “Restore” in the app.

Unauthorized Transaction: If you believe a purchase was made without your consent, please report it immediately.
4. Google Play Store Refunds
